1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SignalPath Atelier website and purchasing any courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SignalPath Atelier provides premium online courses focused on AI productivity, strategic decision-making, and high-performance work systems for leaders and independent creators. Access is granted only after purchase and account verification.

3. Intellectual Property & Licenses

All course materials, videos, frameworks, and proprietary content remain the exclusive property of SignalPath Atelier. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, screen recording, or public sharing of any materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share login credentials, (b) use the platform for illegal purposes, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer course content, (d) post defamatory content in any community areas, or (e) circumvent payment systems.

5. Limitations of Liability

SignalPath Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the courses. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in the twelve months preceding any claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are not permitted.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
